We consider the safety of those who attend to be of the utmost
importance and are fully Covid-19 safety-compliant. Social distancing is
preserved at all times. We ask those attending to wear a face covering
at all times, in accordance with government guidance.
We'll have a time of worship, listening to worship songs; then announcements and some prayers
will be led. Then we'll hear God speak to us as a passage from the Bible
is read and explained. We'll respond to God's Word in song and other
ways.
What about my children?
We
love having children at St. Mark's Community Church. A number of
families with children attend St Mark's community church.
We
begin the service together, and after 15 minutes the children have the
option to go to Sparks, our children's church, which meet in
the hall for activities & Bible teaching appropriate to them. [Our children's work is Covid-19 safety-compliant and socially distanced. All of our volunteers have current DBS clearance].
Who is St. Mark's Community Church suitable for? Is there a dress code?
Anyone.
We aim to be as welcoming and accessible as we can. No-one is too bad
or too good! You can wear whatever you feel comfortable in.
